Job summary

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd in Gauteng seeks a Senior Compliance Director to provide strategic direction on the division’s compliance framework, establish compliance capability and reporting, and ensure adherence to organisational policies, standards and obligations.

Based at Megawatt Park, the role focuses on governance, risk management and enforcement of regulatory requirements, with leadership responsibilities for staff and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Finance/Law/Auditing/Sciences at NQF 8 with 480 Credits.
• 7 years’ experience in compliance management in the industry environment relevant to the division/functional area.
• Professional Registration Body: Compliance Institute of SA (CISA).
• Knowledge of risk management, QA, and compliance standards, and organizational value chain.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction on the Division’s compliance framework and establish compliance capability and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, procedures, and applicable obligations.
• Lead governance, risk management and monitoring activities within the division.
