The role bridges laboratory innovation and full-scale production, ensuring new chemical processes are implemented safely in the plant and optimized for larger volumes.

You will work with research scientists and plant engineers to troubleshoot challenges, optimize processes, and oversee technology transfer, with a focus on reactor design, kinetics, and pilot

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in process development and scale-up of chemical processes.
• Strong knowledge of chemical reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and unit operations.
• Hands-on experience with pilot plant operations and data analysis.
• Familiarity with process safety considerations during scale-up.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a plant setting.

Responsibilities
