Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Chemical Plant Engineer to join our client’s operational team based in Tembisa, Gauteng. You will oversee daily plant activities, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, with at least five years in chemical plant operations, and a strong understanding of process control systems, data analysis, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of chemical plant operations or engineering experience.
• Knowledge of plant equipment, processes and safety protocols.
• Experience with process control systems and data analysis tools.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities
