Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as Chef de Partie or similar senior culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Manage an allocated section of the kitchen during service.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
• Assist with mise en place and kitchen preparation.
• Collaborate with the Sous Chef and team to ensure smooth service.
• Support junior kitchen staff and maintain organised workspace.
