Job summary

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Take responsibility for an allocated section of the kitchen during service.
• Ensure all food preparation is completed efficiently and according to required standards.
• Maintain excellent standards of food quality, presentation and portion control.
• Assist with daily mise en place and kitchen preparation.
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
• Assist with stock control and minimise food wastage.
• Support and guide junior kitchen staff where required.
• Ensure the kitchen section remains organised and fully prepared throughout service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar senior culinary position.
• Relevant culinary qualifications will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently within a busy, high-pressure kitchen.
