Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a senior chef role.
• Relevant culinary qualification advantageous.
• Experience in high-end restaurant/hotel/catering environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Take responsibility for an assigned section of the kitchen and ensure it operates efficiently.
• Assist with preparation for functions, events and catering requirements.
• Maintain excellent food quality, portion control and presentation.
• Ensure all ingredients are prepared and stored correctly.
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety throughout the kitchen.
• Assist with stock rotation, portion control and minimising food wastage.
• Contribute positively to a professional and team-focused kitchen environment.
