• Assess business and stakeholder impacts arising from new solutions and processes.
• Develop change plans, communication approaches and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Work closely with Programme Management, Product, Business Analysis and Technology teams.
• Support user readiness, adoption and transition activities.
• Develop training, knowledge-transfer and supporting change materials.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications throughout delivery.
• Identify adoption risks and develop appropriate mitigation actions.
• Support implementation, transition and post-implementation activities.

• Excellent facilitation, communication and organisational skills.
• Financial services, banking or insurance experience is highly advantageous.
