Qualifications

• AMI or MACTE accredited Montessori Teacher certification for the relevant age group (e.g., 3-6 years).
• Previous experience as a Montessori Teacher in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
• Deep understanding and commitment to the Montessori philosophy and pedagogy.
• Excellent observational skills and ability to adapt to individual child needs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain the Montessori classroom environment, ensuring it is orderly, beautiful, and stimulating.
• Present Montessori materials to individual children and small groups, guiding them through lessons.
