You will observe progress, document development, and collaborate with colleagues to provide a nurturing, child-centered environment with ongoing professional development opportunities and strong support from the school community.

Qualifications

• Certified Montessori Teacher training (AMI/AMS).
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years lead Montessori teaching experience.
• Proficiency in observing and documenting child development.
• Excellent classroom management and positive learning atmosphere.
• Strong understanding of child psychology and developmental needs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain a prepared Montessori environment, orderly and child-safe.
• Guide children individually and in small groups through the Montessori curriculum.
• Observe and record each child's progress, interests and needs.
• Foster independence, self-discipline and responsibility in children.
• Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss development and progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues on school-wide initiatives and PD activities.
