Qualifications

• Certified Montessori Educator qualification (AMI/AMS) required.
• Experience delivering Montessori curriculum to preschoolers.
• Strong understanding of child development and Montessori principles.
• Excellent observation skills and ability to foster child-led learning.
• Ability to create an orderly and aesthetically pleasing learning space.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the Montessori classroom environment according to the principles of Dr. Maria Montessori.
• Guide children in their chosen activities, demonstrating grace and courtesy, and fostering independence.
• Observe and record each child's progress, interests, and needs, communicating these insights to parents.
• Facilitate a positive and respectful social environment where children learn to interact and cooperate.
• Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss child development and progress.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enrich the learning program and school activities.
