Job summary

Old Mutual invites applications for an Executive Associate who will provide high‑level support to the CEO and the Office of the CEO. The role involves investigating business and people issues, coordinating strategic initiatives, and delivering day‑to‑day deliverables over an 18–24 month development period, after which movement within Old Mutual Limited is possible.

Qualifications

• Honours or equivalent postgraduate degree required.
• Excellent command of English in writing and speaking.
• Experience with senior level clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO with administrative duties, including presentations and minutes.
• Coordinate resources to gather information and prepare draft reports.
• Manage key Exco events with action planning and forward planning.
• Draft points of view and solutions for the CEO to aid decision‑making.
• Ensure documentation supports meetings and that agendas are comprehensive.
• Build relationships with executives and senior management across the group.
• Lead project management for key events on behalf of the CEO.
