Job summary

JVR Software is seeking a seasoned Investigator Manager to lead the Nedbank investigations project, overseeing investigators, fieldworkers and ATM teams. You will manage crime incident investigations, client requests, and informant programs while ensuring court procedures and SOPs are followed.

Automation and security expertise are valued; you will liaise with HR, clients, SAPS and court officials, maintain high professional standards and drive results under pressure with strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managerial experience (min 6 years).
• Matric with NQF 6 qualification.
• Banking crime/security knowledge an advantage.
• Driver's license and own transport required.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Word and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Nedbank investigations project and team including investigators, intelligence handlers, fieldworkers and ATM task team.
• Handle investigations of Nedbank crime incidents and client requests.
• Liaise with HR on disciplinary enquiries and with clients, SAPS, and court officials.
• Ensure court procedures are fulfilled and SOPs are followed.
• Manage security risk, informants, and informer rewards; oversee CCTV requests.

The suitable candidate shall have the following qualifications/attributes/skills: Proven record of at least 6 Years Managerial experience Matric NQF 6 Qualification Forensic Investigations Banking Crime Security knowledge Drivers license Own transport reliable and economical Computer literacy (MS Excel) and Word. Minimum of 10-year experience in investigating of incidents (criminal as well as departmental) SAPS, Defence force, and with NIA experience will be an advantage. Firearm competency Up to Date Handgun, Shotgun and Rifle Have excellent presentation, written, verbal communication and report writing skills.
