Job summary

Bidvest Protea Coin is seeking an Investigations Co-ordinator in the Investigations Division, based at Head Office. You will oversee the Nedbank Investigations Project, manage investigators and informers, and ensure timely court procedures and client liaison.

The role demands extensive experience in crime investigations, strong communication and reporting skills, and PSIRA A certification. A driver’s license, own transport and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial track record in investigations or security.
• Knowledge of banking crime security practices and procedures.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to liaise with clients, HR, SAPS and court officials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Nedbank Investigations Project, investigators, intelligence handlers and field staff.
• Coordinate investigations of crime incidents and client requests.
• Manage informers, informant rewards and CCTV requests.
• Ensure court procedures are followed and SOPs are adhered to.
• Provide security advice to clients and conduct risk assessments.
