• Proven track record in a sales-driven role within insurance/financial services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Based in Centurion or willing to relocate for a physical presence.
• RE5 qualification and FAIS accreditation are preferred; clean credit and criminal record required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand clients' insurance requirements and financial goals.
• Present life, health, and investment-linked policies to clients.
• Develop tailored insurance solutions and proposals for individuals.
• Guide applicants through underwriting and policy issuance processes.
