Purpose of the Role

As a CEC Inbound Sales advisor, you are responsible for handling incomingcustomer calls in a professional and customer-focused manner, with a strong emphasis on achieving commercial results.

You play an important role in identifying sales opportunities, advising customers, and offering suitable products and services. In doing so, you ensure an excellent customer experience and actively contribute to achieving the department's commercial objectives.

Location: Cape Town - In Office

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Customer Contact and Advisory Services

• Professionally handle incoming customer calls.
• Identify customer needs by actively listening and asking relevant questions.
• Provide information and advice on products, services, subscriptions, and promotional offers.
• Offer suitable solutions based on the customer's preferences and needs.
• Ensure a positive and customer-focused experience throughout each interaction.

2. Sales and Commercial Performance

• Identify and maximise sales opportunities during incoming customer calls.
• Proactively offer and sell suitable products and services.
• Apply effective sales techniques and persuasive communication skills.
• Recognise buying signals and handle customer objections professionally.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Contribute to improving conversion rates and overall commercial performance.

3. Administration and Systems

• Accurately record customer interactions, sales results, and agreements made.
• Process orders, changes, and customer information in the designated systems.
• Work accurately and efficiently in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and completeness of customer data.

Location: Cape Town - In Office

Working Hours:10:00 am to 19:00pm
