Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Durban is seeking a CCTV Product Support Specialist to deliver advanced technical support for CCTV hardware, software, and networked security systems. You will assist customers, installers, and partners with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV products including NVR/DVR and VMS platforms.

The role emphasizes strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, and a customer‑focused approach to ensure SLAs are met and issues are resolved

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' CCTV technical support experience.
• Grade 12 (Matric) with IT-related certification per job description.
• Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic, remote, and email support for CCTV products and solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, VMS, and related hardware.
• Support IP and analogue CCTV systems; assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering or product development as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of support incidents and resolutions.
