Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Catering Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar role in hospitality or events.
• Strong understanding of event service standards and food & beverage handling procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced environments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client and staff interaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise catering staff during event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Ensure catering services are delivered promptly and professionally according to client specs.
