Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Catering Operations or Management role.

• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the catering department.
• Ensure efficient scheduling, deployment, and supervision of catering staff.

• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, optimizing usage and minimizing waste.
