Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Catering Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' management experience within contract catering.
• Previous healthcare or hospital catering experience advantageous.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, costs and profitability.
• Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, quality assurance, and healthcare compliance.
