Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistical aspects of catered events, including staffing, equipment, transportation, and venue coordination.
• Serve as the main client contact, delivering exceptional service and managing expectations.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines and floor layouts; communicate requirements clearly.
• Coordinate with culinary team to finalise menus and dietary needs while upholding quality.
• Oversee on-site execution, supervise staff, troubleshoot issues, ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct post-event debriefs with clients and internal teams for improvements.
