Responsibilities

• Assist the Catering Manager in supervising and directing catering staff during events and daily operations.

• Monitor food and beverage quality, service standards, and guest experience during events.
• Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and receiving of catering supplies.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the catering environment.
• Help train and onboard new catering staff, reinforcing service standards and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
