Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited is seeking experienced Cashiers for their Richards Bay store to support customer service at the point of sale and ensure a world-class shopping experience. You will record transactions and process payments with accuracy while following SOPs and policies.

Formación

• Grade 12 / Matric required.
• Minimum 6 months’ cashier/till operations experience.
• Computer literate – MS Office.
• Sound numerical skills and strong English.
• Basic customer service and willingness to work retail hours.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to Dis-Chem’s customer service policies and procedures.
• Establish a professional relationship with customers.
• Process all payments (cash, cards, vouchers, loyalty cards).
• Handle till cash and ensure secure cash handling.
• Transact all purchases and monitor price changes with supervisor sign-off.
• Report customer feedback to frontline supervisor or store management.
• Keep knowledge of current promotions and stock in view.
