IZI South Africa in George is seeking a Cash Centre Supervisor to oversee the Cash Processing Centre operations, supervise tellers, and ensure accurate processing of transactions in line with policy.

Reporting to the CPC Manager, you will manage rostering, monitor performance, handle customer queries, maintain records, and uphold safety and risk controls in a dynamic cash handling environment.

Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 with mathematics or accounting.
• 3–5 years relevant Cash Centre Supervisor experience.
• Sound understanding of financial principles/information.
• Computer literacy.

Aufgaben

• Supervise the Cash Processing Centre Operations.
• Ensure tellers process transactions according to policy and procedures.
• Distribute workload to avoid bottlenecks and balance daily work.
• Manage end-to-end work flow and maintain operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with cash centre procedures and record-keeping.
• Maintain accuracy in daily reconciliations and ledgers.
• Oversee staff performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Assist with rostering and shift planning.
• Monitor performance and provide timely feedback to the team.
• Optimize resources to meet operational needs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
