As a member of the multidisciplinary team, the Care Worker assists with basic patient needs and helps ensure a positive patient experience through effective communication, empathy, and high service standards.
The Care Worker maintains a clean, safe, and organised dialysis environment to promote patient comfort and support infection prevention. This role ensures the unit is operationally ready and contributes to continuity of care throughout the patient journey.
The Care Worker supports quality improvement by following organisational policies, infection prevention standards, and best practices.
