Job summary
Owethu Managed Services (OMS) is seeking an experienced Card Transformation Lead to drive large-scale card, payments, banking and fintech transformation. You will translate business objectives into executable roadmaps, align senior stakeholders and ensure delivery outcomes that boost customer experience, scalability and commercial value.
The role requires strategic leadership, governance discipline and extensive experience overseeing multi-stakeholder programmes in regulated financial services.
Qualifications
- Proven delivery of complex business and technology modernisation initiatives.
- Strong background in card issuing, acquiring, payments and/or digital banking.
- Experience leading programmes with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic thought leadership to shape transformation across card and digital payments value chain.
- Define and manage the programme vision, strategy and roadmap with clear delivery plans and budgets.
- Lead design and execution of the Card Modernisation transformation programme.
- Drive outcomes that improve customer experience, scalability and commercial objectives.
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, and contractual obligations.
