Qualifications

• Qualified CA (SA) with strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience in group finance/reporting and regulatory submissions.
• Proven leadership of specialist finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead two specialist teams delivering regulatory solvency calculations and submissions.
• Coordinate planning and timely delivery of regulatory submissions across OMLACSA, Insurance Group and Financial Conglomerate.
• Engage with auditors and external governance forums; ensure governance and audit trails.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen controls within regulatory reporting.
• Provide financial oversight to capital management and business planning processes.
