Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting, finance, commerce or related field.
• Experience in portfolio servicing, loan or receivable administration preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive, client-focused and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Track delinquent accounts and monitor arrears movements.
• Perform day-to-day servicing of loan, lease and receivable portfolios.
• Process settlements, restructures and contract adjustments.
• Process high-volume daily receipts and allocate payments.
• Reconcile bank transactions and maintain records.
• Prepare servicing and KPI reports for clients and management.
• Support audit procedures and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance and Compliance teams.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure accurate invoicing and allocations.
