Apex Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join its Capital Markets team in Cape Town. You will oversee administration and accounting for a portfolio of offshore clients, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with directors to meet regulatory obligations and client deliverables.

The role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to manage complex processes, and a proactive approach to improve efficiency across jurisdictions.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with regulatory environments in fund management and company law.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
