Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Area Manager or multi-site manager in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, labour and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants.
• Ensure consistent standards across all locations.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective action.
• Conduct health & safety inspections.
• Manage budgets, costs and profitability.
• Lead and develop restaurant management teams.
• Visit each restaurant regularly and cover shifts as needed.
