Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, graduate recruitment, campus engagement or proactive candidate sourcing.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills in English and Afrikaans.
• Confidence engaging with educational institutions, senior stakeholders and industry professionals.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to connect with people.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with high schools to identify top-performing learners in mathematics, science and technical subjects.
• Engage with universities, engineering faculties and career development teams to identify promising students and graduates.
• Attend and coordinate career fairs, campus visits and recruitment events.
• Connect with MBA programmes and business schools to identify leadership potential.
• Identify high-performing students from other African countries studying at SA universities.
• Develop sustainable talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
