The ideal candidate has 5+ years in talent acquisition, solid ATS proficiency, and excellent communication and negotiation skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in talent acquisition, preferably in financial services.
• Proven success in sourcing for niche and high-volume roles.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking and events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and staffing needs.
• Use recruitment technologies to optimize processes and candidate experience.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates’ skills and fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics and analytics to improve effectiveness.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance reputation.
