Job summary

Pillangó Placements is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist based near Carletonville/Fochville to build and nurture relationships with schools, universities and career networks. You will travel regularly to engage with institutions, identify top learners and drive graduate recruitment programs.

You will manage screening, planning and reporting from the Fochville office, balancing external sourcing with office presence and developing lasting pipelines for technical and leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition or graduate recruitment.
• Excellent English and Afrikaans communication.
• Confident engaging with educational institutions and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong people skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel regularly and meet people face-to-face.
• Ability to balance external sourcing with office presence.
