Job summary

NewBridge Graduate Institute in Bellville (Tyvervalley Campus) is seeking a Student Advisor to drive recruitment, applications and registrations. This full-time, on-site role focuses on engaging prospective students, presenting programmes, and meeting campus targets through leads, interviews and campus events.

You will manage relationships with schools and parents, maintain the CRM with leads and bookings, and participate in weekly sales meetings to strategize on achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years sales experience; tertiary student recruitment experience advantageous.
• Driver's license and own vehicle essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure and deliver high-energy school presentations and distribute brochures.
• Represent the brand at career expos professionally.
• Meet targets for leads, appointments, applications and registrations.
• Update campus CRM/Dashboard to manage leads and sales.
• Attend weekly campus sales meetings and report on activities.
