Job summary

ManpowerGroup South Africa is seeking a dynamic School Engagement & Presentations specialist to deliver engaging talks at targeted schools, represent the institution at career expos, and build relationships with educators and prospective students.

You will drive interviews, applications and registrations, manage CRM records, and report progress to the Head: Student Recruitment, while meeting monthly and annual targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations at targeted schools and represent the institution at career expos.
• Distribute marketing materials and engage with prospective students, families and schools.
• Build relationships with schools and collect relevant databases.
• Meet monthly school presentation and database targets.
• Proactively contact prospective students and schedule interviews.
• Follow up on applications, enquiries and required documentation.
• Drive applications, registrations and payments from prospective students.
• Maintain accurate call reports, interview trackers and CRM records.
• Provide regular reporting to the Head: Student Recruitment.
