Job summary

STADIO Higher Education is establishing a new Rustenburg City Campus and seeks a Finance Administrator to deliver accurate financial administration, support sound controls, and maintain reliable records. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail and collaboration with campus staff and the broader Finance function.

The successful candidate will handle bank/cashbook processing, supplier payments, month-end activities and assist with audits as part of a growing campus finance team.

Qualifications

• The candidate should hold a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or related field.
• Two to three years’ experience in finance administration or accounts payable.
• Strong reconciling and spreadsheet skills with accounting software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Process bank statements and cashbook records daily and allocate receipts to customer accounts.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for credit cards and lodge cards; resolve variances.
• Verify invoices and schedule payments; maintain supplier/creditor relationships.
• Support month-end tasks, journals, analysis and ad hoc finance requests.
• Capture inter-cost-centre loan entries and ensure proper cost allocation.
• Assist with internal audits and provide required documentation.
