STADIO Higher Education in Rustenburg is establishing its new Rustenburg City Campus and invites applications for the pivotal role of Head of Campus. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to build the campus from the ground up and ensure it aligns with STADIO’s mission and standards.

Qualifications

Minimum five years' experience in higher education campus management.
Senior leadership and operational management experience in a complex education environment.
Experience in business planning, budgeting, financial management, student recruitment, campus operations and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the annual campus business and operational plan.
Lead the Campus Management Committee and ensure performance targets.
Oversee campus facilities, space utilisation and service standards.
Ensure regulatory compliance and governance across campus operations.
Build relationships with local government, schools and industry partners.
