STADIO Higher Education invites applications for the IT Support Administrator role at the Rustenburg City Campus. The successful candidate will provide responsive, customer-focused technical support to staff and students and help ensure reliable operation of campus IT systems and services.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Microsoft certifications would be advantageous.
• Proven IT support experience with end-users, hardware, software, networks and access management.

Mansioni

• Provide technical assistance and support to staff and students via telephone, email, Teams and in person.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose hardware and software faults and escalate when needed.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and Microsoft Teams telephony issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights per IT policies.
• Perform routine IT system maintenance, updates and monitoring.
• Document support activities and contribute to knowledge-base resources.
• Train and guide end-users on IT systems and best practices.
