In this role you will manage objections, meet KPIs, and maintain accurate CRM records while representing Dis-Chem Life with professional, customer-first care and integrity.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• 1–2 years in a call centre sales environment.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
• Able to work weekends when required.
• RE5 Certification (Advantageous)
• COB Certification (Advantageous)
• Reliable transport to and from the office.

Responsibilities

• Sell Dis-Chem Life products to customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle objections effectively and close sales confidently.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
• Keep detailed, accurate records of customer interactions on CRM systems.
