Job summary

JenRecruitment PTY Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced call centre environment. You will drive sales performance, coach consultants and ensure targets are met.

Responsibilities include managing the lead pipeline, monitoring SLA requirements, analysing sales data and reporting on performance. RE5 certification is essential and experience in financial services or health insurance is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' sales management or supervisory experience.
• Call centre experience preferred.
• RE5 certificate essential.
• RE1 advantageous.
• NQF Level 5 or higher relevant qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of sales consultants.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
• Drive sales performance and achievement of objectives.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance support.
• Coordinate sales and product training.
• Monitor online sales activities.
• Manage the lead pipeline and associated SLA requirements.
• Analyse sales data and identify areas for improvement.
• Compile sales reports and monitor performance.
• Ensure effective use of processes and systems.
