Job summary

DebtBusters in South Africa seeks a Call Centre Consultant in the Client Service Department to resolve queries related to debt counselling. The role focuses on delivering accurate financial guidance, ensuring client retention, and maintaining compliance.

• Minimum 1 year of client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle client queries and service DebtBusters clients via our various servicing channels i.e. inbound calls, emails, chat
• Ensure timely and professional responses, updates and resolution to client queries, managing their expectations
• These include, but are not limited to, queries related to payments, account balances, retention, etc
• Maintain high levels of quality by adhering to company standards and best practice
• Achieve clearly communicated performance targets
• Educating and referring clients to the self-service client portal as well as appropriate additional products.
