Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide updates on their requests.
• Providing accurate information to customers and ensuring their needs are met.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction by actively listening to feedback and resolving issues.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
• Updating customer information and call logs in the company database.
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets and KPIs.
• Staying up-to-date with company products, services, and policies.
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs.
