Top Vitae seeks a Finance Transformation Specialist CA(SA) to support global finance modernization initiatives. You will assist in process improvements, system testing, analytics, and training in collaboration with the VP Finance Transformation.

You will work with Finance, IT and regional teams across time zones, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and effective adoption of new tools and processes, while contributing to KPI reporting and governance documentation.

Qualifications

CA(SA) qualification with accounting/finance background.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Familiarity with ERP finance systems and training delivery.

Responsabilités

Assist Global Finance Transformation Manager in process improvements and modernization of finance systems.
Participate in testing and feedback collection for new finance tools and system updates.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with finance policies across regions and maintain governance documentation.
Support rollout of new finance systems with training materials and user support.
Generate reports and analytics to monitor KPIs and support decision-making.
