DO MORE Placements is seeking a CA(SA) Finance Manager for a leading manufacturing business in Elsies River, CPT. You will partner with the MD, scale the business, and strengthen performance with private capital backing.

This senior finance role combines strategic oversight of costing, cash flow, budgeting, and governance with hands-on leadership of a lean finance team shaping long-term direction.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) with strong manufacturing finance experience.
• 5 years’ financial management experience in a manufacturing environment ideal.
• Minimum 3 years’ people management experience.
• Proven track record in operational and costing environments.
• Confident leader able to engage at all levels.
• Systems-minded, commercially driven, and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full finance function and control environment.
• Oversee manufacturing costing, margins, and operational profitability.
• Optimise cash flow and working capital discipline.
• Lead budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial modelling.
• Drive ERP and process improvements across the business.
