Placements24 in Rustenburg, North West, is seeking a diligent Buyer and Expediter to join our mining services client’s operations. You will manage procurement from requisition to delivery, with a focus on expediting orders and resolving bottlenecks on site.

The role requires 3–5 years in purchasing or expediting, a Grade 12, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. You will work on-site in Rustenburg and collaborate with Operations, Logistics and Finance to keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• A Grade 12 (Matric) is essential. A tertiary qualification in Purchasing or SCM is advantageous.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in purchasing, buying, or expediting within mining/industrial sectors.
• Experience expediting orders and resolving delivery issues is required.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office (Word, Excel).
