Job summary

Staff Unlimited Recruitment represents a manufacturing leader seeking a proactive Business Unit Coordinator to streamline stock control and data management within a fast-paced environment.

The role supports the Material Controller, conducts weekly stock takes, manages data reconciliations, and maintains production schedules while upholding strict administrative standards and teamwork across departments. Experience with Excel and SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Material Controller with control and monitoring of finished goods into and out of the department
• Conduct accurate weekly stock takes of finished goods and consumables
• Manage reconciliations and data capturing related to raw material control
• Update efficiency schedules daily and weekly wages and production schedules
• Perform general administrative duties as required by the Production Team Leader and Executive
• Maintain the NCQR and CFAR register to monitor trends and generate statistics
• Follow up on DRM actions and submit/track ISIR requests and trial documentation
• Support staff and handle general queries to ensure smooth operations

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and FMCG sectors, is seeking a proactive Business Unit Coordinator to support their ongoing growth and operational excellence.

Duties:

• Assist the Material Controller with control and monitoring of finished goods into and out of the department

Requirements:

• Maths or Accountancy passed in Grade 12
• Minimum of a Degree, BCom in Supply Chain, BBA preferred
• At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar environment
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP
• Strong organizational, data management, and administrative skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
