Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities, including inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and dispatch scheduling.
• Liaise with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate operational records and manage documentation related to shipments and inventory.
• Assist in the implementation of operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor stock levels and participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments (sales, procurement) and external partners.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
