Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Management Consultant specializing in Business Transformation to join our team in Benoni. You will help clients rethink their business models, redesign processes, and realign organizational structures to drive performance improvements.

You will design transformation programs, lead cross-functional teams, and facilitate stakeholder engagements, while developing KPIs to measure success and delivering sustainable value across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on business transformation or change management.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of various business functions and industry best practices.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
