• Project and help in achieving budgetary targets, monitor and report performance, and take corrective measures.
• Develop technical capabilities, recruit and train personnel.
• Administer contracts, review rates and services, and help in framing new contracts.
• Manage customer relationships with various stakeholders.
• Ensure quality assurance and safety policies are maintained.
• Communicate with MD on all aspects of the division.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and internal audits.
