• Translating business requirements into meaningful dashboards, reports, data models, and actionable insights
• Developing and optimizing ETL processes, data integrations, and data warehousing solutions to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability
• Analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business performance improvements
• Leveraging modern BI tools and technologies effectively to deliver innovative and user focused reporting solutions
• Ensuring high standards of data governance, quality assurance, and documentation across all BI development activities
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to understand reporting and analytics requirements
• Providing ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of BI environments and reporting platforms

Qualification & Skills

• Relevant IT or Information Systems qualification (NQF 5 or higher)
