Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking an experienced Head of Business Intelligence to lead and mentor BI teams, shaping analytics strategy and governance across the organisation.

You will design and optimise dashboards and reports, translate data into actionable insights, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business decisions. The role requires strong SQL, Power BI/Tableau/Qlik, and data warehousing expertise, with a passion for innovation and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in BI, data analytics, or data warehousing.
• 2+ years' experience leading and developing BI teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI platforms.
• Strong SQL skills with data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
• Passion for innovation and staying ahead of BI trends.
